01 / About the Expo
The Botswana Furniture, Lighting & Design Expo (BFLD) is the country’s first international forum for the design industries — four curated days of exhibition, trade buying, industry talks, public programming and the BFLD Design Awards, hosted at Ditshupo Hall, Gaborone, 18–21 February 2027.
Designed for exhibitors, trade buyers, specifiers, hospitality developers, collectors, media and the design-loving public, the Expo brings 350 curated brands together with an expected 6,500+ visitors across dedicated trade and public days.
Our purpose is simple: to give Botswana and the region’s makers a world-class stage, connect local and regional design to international buyers, and make sure beautiful design also does good — through our P250,000 Community Giving commitment.
