Brand recognition
Make the right presence visible across agreed event surfaces, the show guide, a programme element or a sector zone.
BFLD Expo 2027 is a planned design marketplace in Gaborone — four days, 350 curated brands expected and 6,500+ expected visitors at Ditshupo Hall, dates to be announced. The working partnership proposal offers six levels built around visibility, cultural relevance and planned community impact; final inventory and delivery are confirmed in writing with each partner.
The planned BFLD platform is designed to connect makers, buyers, specifiers, media and the design-loving public around furniture, lighting and design. Depending on the agreed level, a partner proposal may include naming rights, speaking opportunities, placement, category exclusivity and channel presence. Final rights, delivery owners and reporting are confirmed in writing before any commitment.
Published now: six indicative levels, investment guidance, proposed benefit areas and direct routes to the partnerships team.
Confirmed before agreement: available inventory, exclusivity, schedule, delivery owner, measurement, payment terms and any public announcement. Community beneficiary names remain private until the required MOUs are confirmed.

Partnerships are open to companies and brands that want to reach Botswana’s furniture, lighting and design industries — from corporates and financial institutions to suppliers, media and community-minded organisations. There are six partnership levels, from Bronze (P25,000) to Title Partner (P500,000+), plus Community Impact pledges and in-kind support.
Start with your budget and objectives. Title Partner (P500,000+) carries naming rights to the Expo; Platinum is P200,000; Gold is P100,000; Partner is P50,000; Bronze is P25,000; and the Community Impact tier accepts pledges and in-kind support. The partnerships team will recommend the right level and tailor a proposal to your goals — just message us on WhatsApp.
Benefits depend on the level and can include naming rights to the Expo, CSR programme co-naming, keynote placement, prime booth locations, category exclusivity, VIP lounge branding, a logo in the show guide and social media thanks. The exact benefits for each package are confirmed in your tailored proposal.
